Dustin Pike did it again! A MUST HAVE birthday stamp set. I just had to laugh! The new Whimsy Stamps release is now available, and there is some fun stuff to be had. Be sure and check out everything that is now available. I thought I would make the perfect birthday card for your “old” friend who can handle a funny.
Creating This Card:
I got some good use out of my Something Borrowed Catherine Pooler ink pad, with both stamping and using a blending brush. I die-cut everything from white cardstock, and then colored how I wanted it. The Wavy Pierced die was used for the back layer, and then placed on the card base. After stamping the Cow Print background, I layered it in black and placed it on the card. I used the frame from the Chicken Coop die set, as well as the grass from the Fence die, and popped it up off a blended brush cloud background. The main image was colored and popped up in the frame. I finished it off by adding the Good Grief and two of the sentiments from the Party MOOd clear stamp set.
