WHAT’S INCLUDED:
– Over 18 hours (3 Days) of organized CLASSES, both coloring AND cardmaking – 9 am to 8 pm daily!
– A optional BONUS FULL DAY to stay and create your own cards brought from home, or purchased some from the store. A time to color, craft, hang with friends, ask for creative help, relax and laugh a lot!!
– Explore COLORING with your markers, and CREATE exclusively designed cards with the colored images we provide.
– Event exclusive card kits with pre-cut and diecut pieces to compete your projects.
– Delicious goodies to take home from amazing sponsors
– SPACIOUS seating with excellent lighting.
– Two large VISUAL screens and audio setup for ease of hearing and seeing in a large group setting.
– PERSONAL assistance during all classes from the instructors and ALL the assistants.

– Copic Marker REFILL STATION is available (for a small fee).

PLEASE NOTE:
Basic craft tool kit supplies is required (scissors, paper cutter, liquid and dry adhesives, double sided tape, foam tape, etc.)
A full supply list will be provided prior to the event, giving you enough time to get anything you might not have on hand.
COST:
$485 (full payment)
*a deposit of $185.00 will secure your spot. Please note – due to the requirements and contract from the hotel, this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
*remaining balance can be paid in 3 easy installments at the beginning of each month following your deposit (reminder will be posted in the private Facebook group).
*final payment is due within 4 months of registration. If registering right before an event, you will need to pay in full at time of registration.
*the cost of the event excludes hotel, lunches and any other travel expenses.
HOTEL:
– For your hotel accommodations, we’ve secured a special EVENT GROUP RATES of $135.00 (King) – $145.00 (Double Queen) per night* at the Drury Inn and Suites, Tempe AZ. We recommend you stay at our hotel for the most F-U-N ever.
BREAKFAST and DINNER are provided each day for each guest registered at the hotel and are INCLUDED in your hotel room group rates!

– Hotel is located about 12 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in Tempe Arizona at 1780 W Ranch Rd. Tempe, AZ 85284. Travel to the hotel can easily be acquired through Airport Transportation, Uber, Lyft, or Taxi. Cost ranging from $15.00 – $30.00, depending on service choice.
– EVENT located in close walking proximity to restaurants including Panera Bread, The Habit Burger Grill, and Original ChopShop for healthy choices. For those who need a pick-me-up, Starbucks is right across the street. Other restaurants are within short driving distance.
We recommend to fly in/drive in on the day prior to the event, to be ready for this jam-packed Crafty Coloring Retreat! (most attendees come in the Wednesday prior, and leave the following Monday)
Event spaces are limited, and are on the first come first served basis. Spots fill up quickly, do not wait to reserve your seat for this 2025 Just4Fun Coloring Retreat.
When registering please answer all questions as this helps us with organization, seating and planning. Check for a confirmation email once the registration form is completed. You will receive more information and links once the form is filled out, in order to finalize your registration. Deposit must be received within 48 hours of sending registration.

I, Jennifer Dove, reserve the right to cancel this event if there is cause, giving full refund to all registered attendees.
Event CANCELLATIONS:
First $185.00 is not refundable.
Cancellations made on or before April 21st 2025 will receive a refund of the remainder after the first $185.00
No refunds after June 21st 2025, but you can transfer your seat to another person if needed. Please contact us for assistance.

We can’t forget to let you know that a masseuse will be onsite during part of the event to relax your hands and back “Magic Hands” Rich is a master of relaxation and returns every year to be a part of the event…a sign up sheet will be available in the private Facebook group closer to the event time.
