Everyone needs a pile of birthday cards sitting around for that moment when a birthday comes around, even better are belated birthday cards.  You just never know when you will need one.  This is another fun card we colored up in the class.  I love all the images in the Cow Party stamp set, because I have a soft spot for cows.
