Feel Better

I ran out of time too create with this fabulous newer set from illustrator Dustin Pike, so I thought I would make some time as I just adore this set. Nothing will stop this cool panda-dude. I love his expression, and I know you know some cool dude, or dudette, that can totally appreciate this card.

Creating this Card:

Another card layout that feels very balanced, and it is a good thing as I wouldn’t like him to get unbalanced while shredding it up.

For this card I colored one of the three fabulous images from On a Roll clear stamps, and popped him up on a white stitched circle from the inside of the largest Scallop Circle Frame die set. This allows him to stand out from the checkered background paper. Using the OOPS! Word and Shadow die set, I popped up the sentiment over the simple words “feel better soon” from the Get Well clear stamp set.

I used my go-to Nuvo Crystal Drops for creating the simple embellishment of black raised dots. Nuvo Crystal Drops dome so nicely, and dry quickly too. Did you know you can find a ton of different colors of Nuvo Drops, as well as Whimsy Stamps products at Simon Says Stamp? I love the variety that they carry, and from all different companies.

As my daughter would say, “easy-peasy, lemon squeezy”. It is as simple as that!
