Here is something super exciting…a fun challenge amongst between friends.
The challenge was to use any stamp from Stamp Anniething, combined with a Whimsy Stamps (Barbara Sproatmeyer) jar, either the large rubber stamp Mason Jar or the NEW Atlas Jar clear set. Once combined in some fashion the key word was “water”, so somewhere in the coloring there needed to be liquid of some sort.
Joining the challenge is Ann from Stamp Anniething, Barbara Sproatmeyer, Mindy Beverly and Stephen Kropf.
For my coloring I wanted to make it look like the jar was bobbing in the ocean and full of toilet paper that Stamp Anniething’s “Tony” was catching. Meet Prince Charmin’.
This was so much fun and we want you to try doing something like this. It really does encourage coloring growth. I masked off Tony’s face and stamped it over the top edge of the Atlas Jar. This image worked out perfectly to add a hat right over the hair and hand draw a fishing pole and toilet paper. By stamping in a lighter colors it is a lot easier to create the scenes when coloring. Here is a partial of what the image looked like before.
Check out what the talented others did in incorporating their ingenious ideas, be sure and follow their blogs for future inspiration too.

This looks incredible and I love, love the fishing for toilet paper ideas. So fun. I really get a sense for the jar bobbing up and down and love how you did the water. You nailed it! The highlights in his hat are perfect. 😀
