I got Big Blooms and I can not lie! This stamp is the first in the Power poppy preview line up and comes in a beautiful clear stamp.
Creating this Card
I actually did two cards using this stamp. The first on was in fall colors but I decided I really wanted more of a lighter feel. This card was done on glossy cardstock. After heat embossing with my Jet Black Nuvo embossing power, I airbrushed some Copic Markers onto the cardstock and then spritzed the card with 91% alcohol to defuse the colors. Once that was done I began the design.
The image is quite large and although makes the perfect full image card front I decided to place the featured image at an angle allowing me to put a color panel behind it. This gave me room to cut out a few blooms and pop them up in the “empty” spaces. Leaving them white keeps from the distraction of the main image. I love the pop of color up against the black. This stamp didn’t come with a sentiment, so I decided to use one from one of the other releases. Looks like you get a little teaser.
