Free Hugs

I created this card on the fly. No preplanning other than matching the background paper to the colors I would be using. The card started out with being all about the background stencil with some fun sombrero hats to border the bottom of it. I stamped and masked off the hats to create a “pile” of sombreros, colored and hand cut it out. Once I completed the process and assembled the card I realized how cute it would be to add the cacti popping out from the frame. I love the look and feel, and perfect for sending a little hug.
