Creating this Card:

Creating texture is as easy as pie with the Nuvo Crystal Drops. After creating the 2 frames using the NEW 3in1 Mitered Frames die, I added some Nuvo Gloss White Crystal drops to the top frame, and set aside to dry. The cool thing about them is they do not take long to dry. If you want them to have a peak then apply them cold, or warm them up in your pocket to get the nice dome look.

For this card I colored the image from Otter Variety clear stamps using my OLO markers, and then hand cut the image out. You can choose to purchase the complimenting outline dies too. I used a white piece of cardstock for the background, and colored a little bit of scenery. This piece was placed on the card base, and then I added one of the frames over it. The next frame (after the Nuvo was dry) was popped up off the card. I slipped a sentiment into the lower half of the card, and then placed the image on it. A few more Nuvo Crystal drops were added to the sentiment piece. I loved adding the white Nuvo onto white because it looks like its part of the paper. Next I added a few clouds from the Up in the Clouds die set. I needed something to hold the Big Hugs word die up off the card. So this created a base for it. After quickly (not worrying about blend) coloring the word, I added it to the clouds.

I think the airiness of the card makes it look fresh. There are so many options for this layout, and you can use any image that you currently have to achieve this look.
