When someone turns “over the hill” you might as well go BIG! This balloon set is a fun size for an A2 card, combined with a big statement word die. A simple “in-your-face” birthday card.
Creating this Card:
I stamped out the image (there might have been some masking involved), but you might choose to stamp individual balloons, and cut them each out to make it simple for yourself. The Happy Day Balloons set is perfect for the Happy Thoughts clear stamp set, or any of the Tile series from Whimsy Stamps.
Once everything was stamped, colored and hand cut out, I popped it tup off the card front. The OMG Word and Shadow die fit the theme perfectly, and was added too the bottom of the card. Because I am not one to leave much white on a card, I chose to add some black and yellow Nuvo Drops to complete it.
