If you know me well, you know I have a thing for bovine. I love me some cows! If you don’t know me well, now you know I love cows, (and all farm animals for that matter). And now you now me a little better.
When I saw this in the Whimsy Stamps release my heart skipped a beat. You must check this release out!!
Creating this Card:
I started out by creating my own simple background using my new favorite OLO alcohol markers. This layer was placed on the card front with a black cardstock mat. Using a smaller strip of the Mix and Match – Neutrals pattern paper, I added it to the bottom of the card. Next I colored up ol’ Betsy, and hand cut it out. There are outline dies available for this cow if you prefer. After I adhered her to the card front, I die cut out some fence posts from the Slimline Fence die set. I cut them out of white and then colored them to look like wood. This was also popped up off the card. I had a little more of the pattern paper, so I die cut the word “crazy” in black and the dot, and layered them up. This word was popped up towards the top of the card, and one of the sentiment was added underneath it.
