There is a little magic going on in the studio today using Enchanted Marci and her castle. This princess is all about being pretty, and I thought I would incorporate the #6 Concertina die for her kingdom. As you can see I took the die-cut to the next level, and found it so fun to achieve with a little forethought. Now that I have done the thinking for you, it should be as easy as a wave of a scepter.
Creating this card:
A few days ago I posted a couple cards featuring the Concertina die, and thought I would try my hand at doing it as a double feature card. For this particular card you just cut the base two times, and then fold each one opposite of the other. Then it’s just figuring out what panels you want to cover with the stitched dies that are included in the set. How cute is that?! Do you want more Concertina inspiration, check this post out HERE. I have placed all the links below , and I can not wait to see what you create using this #6 Concertina die!
I decided to decorate the panels with Purple Petite Prints from Doodlebug, as I like the tight pattern it has. This allows you to be able to go crazy with dies without it looking too cluttered. For this card I used La La Lands Tall Castle die, rectangle Postage Stamp, Heart Wreath, and Sand Castle from one of the Club La La Land Crafts releases. This sweet image, Enchanted Marci, can be found in both rubber as well as digital, and I also included the Copic colors I used below.
