Practically Perfect

This is the first set to be released from Scrappy Boy Stamps, and I feel lucky to have gotten to play around with it.   If you know me, you know I had to add some “creative color placement” on her face.  Check it out and see the transformation.

Can you see there is a difference between the two cards?   I accented the eyes, and turned the mouth into a nose.  I colored the second image to show you how it looks without those little additions, and I think they are both cute.

Creating this Card:

The image was then placed on the new Slimline Clouds die cut panel, and overlaid onto the blue paper from Bizzy Bees paper packet.  Using the clouds and birds from the Up in the Clouds die set as dimension and accents, I the panel on the scalloped border from the Kinetic Basics die set

  1. Very, very awesome! Love the way you incorporated the nose. My only regret is that I wasn’t able to do it first. LOL But that’s not going to stop me. Thanks for the inspiration. 🙂
