Want to create a cute tree ornament? This adorable elephant is going to help add a little joy to the tree this year. You can create it as a shaker card, or simply a card within a fun frame like you see here.

I just can not resist this cute face! A fun thing about this card is that it rocks back and forth, and you can also add a tab at the top so it can be hung in the tree.

Creating this Card

This Shaker Maker Glitter Globe die is super cool, and it cut through two pieces of cardstock so easily, so I was able to use it as the card base. When creating the card base, use the largest die, and just make sure the top of the die is above the fold of the card a slight bit. Now tape the large and medium die together and die cut the window layer. This layer is popped up. If you are making a shaker be sure and adhere the acetate and fill it up with shaker material before popping it up.

Next I added the bottom of the globe using the globe base die. After die cutting using the Bold ABC dies, and adding the word J-O-Y, I colored and cut out the elephant and added it slightly under the word. Cute, right? Have fun!
