Illustrator Dustin Pike created two cute voodoo clear sets that have been a hot item over at Whimsy Stamps. Each set comes with some fun voodoo dolls and fabulous sentiments. The first card is using this adorable voodoo doll hugging a wacky fun skull. I have to admit it is a favorite of mine.
Creating the Card
I wanted to keep the image centerstage for balance. I placed the image on the Upon a Star border strip and added a scallop over the top edge to create a platform. Once that was in place the sentiment was added. I rarely use purple but for some reason was drawn to purple for this card.

Texture rag and blender solution
I wanted to do a fun white on white card for this second card. Using the Wonky Stitched Rectangle die from Whimsy Stamps I created the layering. This is the perfect card for a little gift card holder using La-La lands Curved Pocket die and Large Stitched Tags die.
