What’s Hangin’ – Just4FunCrafts

WooHoo, the holidays are here…hang on for a ride. You know that is how it is going to be. Family and friend in, and out, like a revolving door. Last minute gifts, planned gifts out-of-stock. Lost packages. Great food…not so great food. Most of this is out of your control. But one thing that is in your control is your own sanity. Go lock yourself up in your room and make a card or two and forget about the whirlwind that is outside that door. Be that one sane thing in the insanity!

Creating this Card

I used the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle die set to create a frame. The Illusions large background stamp has a fun swirl to it which I thought would give a bit more “action” to this card. Going with the non-traditional colors I stamped it in pink. After layering it up I wraps with sparkly ribbon and popped it up onto an embossed white panel. The crazy frog from Mistletoads was colored in my favorite greens and hand cut out. He was then placed inside the opening using foam pop up tape. You should check out this set and all the trouble these toads are getting into. We all know someone like that! Add a sentiment with the Quick Strip dies and BAM! done.
