Whoa, Christmas Cards Already?

Beep, Beep! Have you seen the fabulous samples from the Whimsy Stamps design team over on the Whimsy site? You must check them out. I thought I would create something a bit different, Christmas in July!

You can load this truck die-cut up with just about anything. This was super fun to color and assemble.

Creating this Card:

First thing is to die cut out all the pieces of the truck, and then color them up. After the pieces are all glued together you can start fill-in’ r up. For this card I die cut the Believe Word and Shadow die and adherent to the truck. The trees from Fill a Holiday stamp set were then colored, and added to the truck, tucked behind the word.

I embossed the background using the Diagonal Dots embossing folder, and then placed it under a frame that was created using two dies from the Sprinkle Scallops die set.

The truck was popped up off the background, and I added the sign (from Fill a Holiday) with the current year written on it.
