Another fabulous scenery stamp from Whimsy Stamps. Two Canoes rubber tamp brings us out of our every-day and into nature. A perfect guy card without it being a theme such and fishing, hunting or golf…gotta love it! Everyone needs that versatile stamp in their collection. Plus, it’s a very therapeutic, serene stamp to color.
Creating this Card:
Card assembly is pretty easy, but you will want to allow some time to color this one up. Believe me, it’s enjoyable. After coloring this image I die cut it using the Notched Rectangles die set. I inked the edges of the image a bit, and then added it to a sea foam colored cardstock. The main image was popped up onto a stamped layer using the Scratchy Plaid rubber stamp. Once I had all the layers added to the card base, I added some die cut trees and the deer from Forest Majesty die set. Because it is a guy card, I skipped the ribbons and added silver brads instead.
