Is ordering from your web site safe?
Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to insure absolute safety of your credit card information. This is the same encryption that online banks and credit card companies use for online banking. The encryption process is actually safer than telling an ordering department employee your credit card number over the phone. When you see the little padlock icon (in the lower right-hand corner of your browser) on the credit card entry page of our web site, this tells you that this page is secure.

Can I place my order by phone instead of the internet?
In order to keep our prices low, we do not have a phone-ordering staff or 800 number.

I can't add any items to my cart. How can I place an order?
If you entered out web site through certain search engines (for example: about.com, askjeeves.com) they will place our site in "frames". Meaning that you are visiting our site through a window on their site, as if you never left their web site. Our secure online system will not allow third party web sites to add items to a shopping cart. The best way to handle this is to visit our web site directly. To do this, simply type www.just4funcrafts.com into the address box on your internet program. (i.e. Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.) This will allow you to enter items into a cart.

I live in Arizona. Can I pick up my order?
We are currently an internet only business. At this time we do not have a storefront, and are not open to the public. For insurance purposes, no pick-ups are allowed.

Is there a minimum ordering requirement?
There are no minimums for domestic orders within the United States.

Do you offer wholesale prices?
All prices are wholesale. We sell wholesale to the public without a business license requirement. Due to unpredictable market fluctuations, prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

What if I order an item that is out of stock?
Our web site usually will not allow you to place an out of stock item in a cart. However, if you and another customer shopping online have placed the last item in stock into your cart at the same time, you will both be able to checkout with that item. Therefore, allowing one of you to order an out of stock item. Out of stock items will be excluded from your invoice, and shipping and handling charges will be adjusted, if necessary. No backorders will be accepted.

Can I add items to my order?
Once your order has been approved, your credit card has been charged, and your order has been sent to our shipping department you will not be able to add items to your order. You will need to place another order.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are shipped from our facility within 3 business days. (This does not include weekends or Holidays) Once the order has been shipped, you will receive email notification from the U.S. Postal Service which includes your Delivery Confirmation / Tracking number. Depending on the delivery service you selected, your order will arrive within 2-4 business days once it has been shipped.

How can I return an item?
All Sales are Final. No returns, no exceptions.

What do I do if my order is damaged?
If a package is damaged upon arrival, please report the damage to Just4FunCrafts immediately by sending email to: orders@just4funcrafts.com. Let the postal delivery driver know if damage is apparent at the time of delivery, and make sure that the driver notes the damage on their delivery sheet. We will do our best to ship you a replacement item as soon as possible. If the item that was damaged is out of stock, we will issue a refund for that item.
